• When registering please specify "Experience" or "not experienced"
• The course will be based on participants experience.
• There will be an easy/medium course of 4 km. and a medium/diffucult course of 6 km

Participants:

• Max. 500 participants.

Program:

• Participants have to meet at the venue 20 minutes before start

Information:

• Find general orientation about the competition here.
• Find a map of the area here.
• The first participant will start at 10.00.
• Meeting time is 20 minutes prior your starting time. 
• Changing rooms are available on site, but there is no bathing facilities.
• It is not possible to buy food and drinks on site.

Equipment and requirements:

• You can use standard running equipment.
• Compass can be used.
• You can borrow compass for the competition

Registration:

• Each participant must register at the venue at least 20 min before their start

Pre-competition meeting:

• There will not be a pre-competition meeting

Rules and regulations:

• Participants run after a number of entries in varied terrain.
• The run will be timed.
• The winner is the fastest participant to find all entries in the planned order.
• The race is conducted in accordance with the rules of the IOF and DOP Danish Orienteering Federation.
