Information:
Stage 1:
- Hose pulling (2 x 75 m)
- Hose rolling (2 x 15 m)
- Weight: approx. 60 kg for each hose
Stage 2:
- Keiser Force Machine
- 80 kg. dummy (70 m)
- Crawling tunnel
- Climbing wall
Stage 3:
- Place 2 ladders within the markings
- Carry up 2 x foam container (15 kg.) to 2. floor
- Pull up hose packet (aprox 25 kg.)
- Carry down 2 x foam container (15 kg.) from 2. floor
- Nozzle tip is to be places in monitor
Stage 4:
- Stairrun
- If a building with 17 floors is not available a building with fewer floors is acceptable. For each missing floor a 50 meter horizontal run has to be added on.
- In Aalborg: 100 meters run and 15 floors stairrun. The total number of steps in the building is 225 (15 steps on each floor).
Equipment and requirements:
- Fire service boots - according to DIN EN 15090 type 2 or 3
- Fire service jacket - according to DIN ES 469 level 2
- Fire service trousers - according to DIN ES 469 level 2
- Fire service helmet - paints are permissible - no requirement for a neck protector
- Fire service gloves must be carried on person*** Wearing is at the competitors discretion***
- The omission, as well as wearing of other gloves is permitted, as long as the interanl attack gloves are present.
- All equipment must contain a corresponding label to enable verification
- The competitor shall at all times wear protective fire service clothing as per above
- This event is open exclusively to firefighters.
- Spikes are prohibited!
- The competitor shall at all times wear protective fire service clothing as per above.
- The organizer is not responsible for any physical accidents that occur during the competition. Participants must take responsibility for any accidents.
- During the game, players should not engage in activities that may interfere with the competition of other players.
- Participants which have been drinking alcohol or is judged to have not complied with these rules in accordance with the organizer, he/she shall be disqualified.
- If breaks or starting times are being delayed because of the organizers, the delays will be noted and transferred 1:1.
- The competitors bring their own fire service clothing. If it's not possible it will be possible to borrow Fire service boots, jacket, trousers, helmet and gloves from the Nordjyllands Beredskab.

Registration:
- Participants can pick up start numbers and timing chips in the Accreditation Center / Games Village from Tuesday, September 10 at 10 am and Wednesday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm.
Pre-competition meeting:

Pre-competition meeting will be held Tuesday, September 10 at 3 pm. - meetingpoint is stage 1. After the meeting it is possible to try the 4 stages.
Rules and regulations:
- This event consists of 4 stages. Each participant is given only one opportunity at each stage, and time-penalties will be applied if they violate the rules set by the organizer at each stage; if they pass all 4 stages, they are eligible for medal award.
- All stages shall be completed within 5 minutes and for female competitors within 6 minutes. Exceeding the maximum time shall result in the stage being aborted by the referee. The competitor will be able to continue in the competition however for this stage 5 minutes plus 4 minutes plus and any penalty incurred during the stage shall be noted down.
- Should a competitor abort a stage he or she will also be able to continue in the competition however, again, the maximum time allowed plus 4 minutes penalty plus and penalties incurred shall be noted down.
- Should one of the stages not be completed fully (for example if the weight is not pulled up at stage 3) a penalty of 4 minutes shall be imposed along with any penalties incurred.
- Competitors will start a stage precisely 10 minutes after starting the previous stage. It is within the competitors’ responsibility to observe and adhere to his or her stating times.
- The competitor with the fastest overall time wins.
