Equipment must meet IAAFs/WMAs requirements for weight and design.
Rules and regulations:
- The tournament runs after Danish Athletics Rules and IAAF and World Masters Athletics (WMA) rules, distances, hurdles and obstacles, equipment e.g. follow WMAs specifications; https://world-masters-athletics.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/appendix-WMA-22.03.2018.pdf. Local adjustments may occur.
- In the long distance runs many age groups runs together in a few heats.
- Women and men compete in separate heats/classes.
