Program: 

  • 08.00-09.00 am: Check-in
  • 09.30 am: Racebriefing
  • 10.00 am: The athletes will start with swimming
  • 10.00-10.10 am: Age group 18-29
  • 10.10-10.20 am: Age group 30-39
  • 10.20-10.30 am; Age group 40-49
  • 10.30 am: Age group 50+
  • 12.15 pm: Medal awards 
     

Information:  

  • 1.5 km swimming – 31.2 km cycling – 10.2 km running  
  • There is access to changing facilities before and after the race.
  • It's NOT possbile to shower at the venue.   
  • It’s NOT possible to buy food and drinks at the venue. 

Swimming Route

  • Swimming follows the indicated inflatable buoys in the water. 
  • If you panic, wave your arms and shout for help.
  • In case of panic, seek the edge where you can stand. 

Cycling Route

  • Cycling takes place on open roads with 2 guides. It is your responsibility to complete 2 laps on the loop. 
  • Cycling takes place on the right side, and there are good cycling path conditions. 
  • You must follow traffic rules. 
  • There are arrows all the way around the cycling route. 

Running Route

  • There are arrows and flags all the way around the running route. 
  • The running route must be completed 4 times. 
  • There is a running depot for each lap. 
  • In the finish area, there will be food and drinks for the participants. 

 

Equipment and requirements: 

  • Wetsuit required for outdoor activity.

  • Neoprene hat, neoprene gloves and neoprene feet are recommended. 
  • Bring your own bike, helmet and shoes

Registration: 

 

 

 

Pre-competition meeting:  

  • 09.30 am: Racebriefing in front of where the swim will start
  • 09.40-09.50 am: Possible for the athletes to go into the water

Rules and regulations:  

  • Take care of each other. If you need help, please put your hands in the air. 
  • Search towards the edge or boat if you need help in the water.
