- 10:00 - 10:30 weighing and registration.
- 10:30 MIX-tugging
- 11:00 640 kg.-tugging
- When all tugging is complete there will be prize ceremony.
Equipment and requirements:
- Pullers must use their own footwear without spikes.
- It is allowed to wear armor/anchor west, but it cannot be borrowed at the tournament.
- The Tug-of-war will be held outside and the ground surface will be grass.
Registration:
- Participants must register 30 minutes prior first competition. Finalregistration is open from 10.00 am.
Rules and regulations:
- The Tug of War is a cup tournament in groups of 4 teams.
- All teams pull against each other in best of 3 pulls.
- The winners of each group advances to single elimination matches against the other group winners.
- Mixed teams must be half men, half women - or more women than men.
