Participants:
- Unlimited participation in all categories
- The participants will compete in groups according to their age
- Both men and women will compete at the same time but not against each other

Information:
- Changing rooms and bathing facilities are not available on site
- It is the participants own responsibility to get to Sønderholm Skole. It is not possible by bus.
- It is possible for spectators to stand at the start and finish line
Route

Equipment and requirements:
- Participants needs to bring their own bike and helmet
- Use of helmet during the race is mandatory
- Electric bicycles are not allowed
Registration:
- Registration opens at 13.00 in the secretariat at Sønderholm Skole in the start area
- All participants needs to register at the secretariat 45 minutes before start
Pre-competition meeting:
- Participants will receive information two weeks before the competion
Rules and regulations:
- According to Danish trafic rules you must ride your bike in the right side of the road
- It is only permitted to cycle next to each other if it does not disturb traffic
- However, it is permitted to overtake each other and briefly cycle next to each other´s
- The route will be published on the site once the police have approved it
- The time registration will start when the participant will pass the start line and winner will be the fastest rider on the route
- The route is marked with yellow flags and there will also be traffic officials on the route
- When crossing major roads, you must follow traffic officials orders
- If anything happens on the route please contact the traffic officials
